CEO: How many startups go IPO out of every 10?
Candidate 1: Only 1 out of 10.
CEO: You are right. Next candidate please.

CEO: How many startups go IPO out of every 10?
Candidate 2: Only 3 out of 10.
CEO: You are right. Next candidate please.

CEO: How many startups go IPO out of every 10?
Candidate 3: How many do you need, Sir?
CEO: Excellent! Welcome to the team.
